Red Rock Speakers
Scott Dawson, Evangelist — Scott Dawson has been preaching the Gospel since he was a teenager. The ministry that began with simple testimonials and youth rallies has grown into an evangelistic association that reaches across age and denomination lines in evangelistic efforts to offer a unifying message of hope: the Good News of Jesus Christ. Scott makes it a priority to keep his presentations real, innovative, and contemporary. Scott is the author of Dear Lord Why?, The Complete Evangelism Guidebook and in 2009, released his third book, Evangelism Today. Scott lives in his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, with his wife, Tarra, son, Hunter, and daughter, Hope.
Reid Saunders, Speaker — Whether behind a microphone on a stage or behind the check stand at a grocery store, Saunders demonstrates a passion to share the love and forgiveness of Christ with men, women, and young people from all walks of life. He sees opportunities all around him to share hope with those who are hurting. After hearing the Good News of Jesus Christ at the age of 17, Saunders committed to living his life for God, a decision that would change the course of his future. Saunders shared that shortly after becoming a Christian; “God gave me a passion and burden so intense and a conviction so strong that I knew I would spend the rest of my life reaching people for Jesus Christ all around the world.” After completing his formal education, he served in an internship at Luis Palau Association Saunders and later founded his own ministry, Reid Saunders Association. Since that time, he and his team have delivered a message of hope to more than 14 million people through their worldwide ministry, including face-to-face presentations with hundreds of thousands of people in many different countries. Tens of thousands have made decisions to follow Jesus Christ, and RSA medical teams have ministered to several thousands of people in need around the world. Reid and his wife Carmen have three children: Azlan, Mylie, and Tobin; and live in Salem, Oregon.
Wade Morris, Speaker — Wade served on staff at several churches before surrendering to full-time itinerant ministry. He has spoken to students and adults all over America and in several foreign countries and is the author of The Journey Bible Study series on CD. Sound Biblical truth and humor make Wade's teaching effective for young people. Wade trains for and runs marathons as a hobby and a way of life. Wade and his wife Deborah live in Birmingham, Alabama, with their daughters Eden and Trinity and bulldog Crimson.
Dave Edwards, Speaker — David describes himself as an "itinerant postmodern pastor". For more than a decade, he has been sharing his unique brand of ministry to a postmodern generation, as he speaks more than 500 times each year to over 250,000 people. David speaks from his heart about issues relevant to the postmodern generation. Regardless of the setting, David's message is simple: helping people to discover the importance of a Christ-centered lifestyle and reintroduce the truth of God's Word by meeting people where they are in life and bringing them one step closer in the process of knowing and becoming like Jesus Christ. He has authored 14 books and resides in Oklahoma City.
Red Rock Worship/Concerts
Kristian Stanfill, Worship Leaders/Concert — Worship leader Kristian Stanfill is emerging as one of this generation's most compelling singer/songwriters. A writer of rare insight and vulnerability, he has the unique ability to build bridges over boundary lines that separate the hurting from the Healer. "A great worship leader must first be a great follower," Kristian asserts. "In order to lead people in worship you must first know how to listen to and follow the Holy Spirit." Kristian’s songs have appeared on numerous Passion CDs and when he signed with sixstepsrecords for his debut project, Kristian became the label's first new artist since it's inception in 2000. Joining the label home of well-known worship artists Chris Tomlin, David Crowder*Band, Charlie Hall, and Matt Redman is heady stuff, but rather than fostering pride it merely served to reinforce Kristian's conviction that worship of a holy God is serious business. Kristian and his wife, Kerri, live near Atlanta, Georgia with their children, Isaac and Norah.
The Skit Guys, Entertaiment — Tommy Woodard and Eddie James are The Skit Guys. They have been best friends since high school. Think of them as the wise guys in class who had everyone laughing and managed to make a career out of it. They've been teaching God's word using comedy, drama and whatever category talking action figures fit into for over twenty years. They recently released two new books through Zondervan called, Instant Skits and Skits That Teach.
